Tandem bicycle

After spending a night in Cabin 14, we had to move to one of a set of three attached “cabins” on the other side of the compound at the Lochsa Lodge. Our next-door-neighbors for two nights were a couple from Delaware who were riding this bicycle from the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic. They had been on the road for a month and had three months and many miles to go. ~~~~

    Hi Carla,

I keep thinking I’ll email you privately, but I haven’t yet, so thought I’d just wave from here.

Their name is Hanson, and they have a trip blog at http://www.crazyguyonabike.com/doc/page/?o=3Tzut&page_id=70085&v=5D. The last post was dated July 24 in Sheridan, Montana.

How I have enjoyed this trip you took. The areas all seem more special now that we live in Delaware. This post really amused me as I love the Lochsa and the photo of the bicycle against the building says so much about the spirit of the area. Then you say the owners of the vehicle were from Delaware. Made my day!
